Your order is a two-step process. First, we take 1-2 days to handcraft your frames and 3-4 days for acrylic products. Once ready, we dispatch it, and delivery typically takes 5-8 business days across India. For special occasions, we recommend ordering at least 15 days in advance.

Because we start creating your personalized frame as soon as you order, we generally cannot cancel or change custom orders. In very exceptional circumstances, a cancellation may be considered but will involve a fee. We recommend double-checking your design and size before confirming your purchase.

A great question! The quality of the final print depends on the resolution of your image. As a general rule, your image should have a resolution of at least 150-300 pixels per inch (PPI) at the desired print size.
