Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Adhithi Frames, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, because each of our products is meticulously personalized and custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept order cancellations or provide refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

1. Custom Orders: No Cancellations
Since your frame is created uniquely for you, all sales for custom-sized and personalized frames are final. We cannot process cancellations or offer refunds for these orders.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare, exceptional cases, a cancellation request may be considered at the sole discretion of Adhithi Frames management. If approved, a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the product value will be charged to cover material and administrative costs incurred.

3. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights. We fully honor our obligations in the event of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Your happiness with the product quality is our priority. To report a damaged or defective item, you must:

  • Contact our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving your order.
  • Provide an unboxing video of the product. We cannot process claims for damaged or defective items without this video evidence.
    Our team will review the case and, upon validation, arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Item Not as Described
If the product you receive does not match the website description or your expectations, you must notify our customer service on the same day of delivery. We will review your concern and work towards a fair resolution.

6. Refund Processing Time
For any refunds approved by Adhithi Frames, please allow 9 to 15 business days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.
